What is fasting?
Answer;
The word to “fast” means to restrain, abstain or stay away from a bad habit that you practice or love,
with the aim of wanting to change that habit.
Here are some of the examples of the bad habits that may need changing via your fasting;
eating junk food, bad behaviors of misusing sex, gossiping,
using your mouth to speak evil, negative soul ties, geting rid of unclean foods and Immoral behaviors,
smoking, watching and listening to entertainment that is negative,
participating in wild parties, socializing with friends with negative behaviors, drinking alcohol, swearing, etc…
Ask yourself;
What do I need to do through my fästing?
you must be determined and choose to commit yourself to the principles which will help you exercise discipline,
the type of discipline which will enable you to change the bad habits,
and replace them with new ways which you want to adopt.
Set your goals:
Design or write down a structured plan containing the goals, activities which you want to achieve or practice via your fasting.
