Numbers 30:2
If a man makes a vow to the Lord, or swears an oath to bind himself by some agreement, he shall not break his word;
he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.

A VOW is a word spoken via one’s ability to commit, to show an attitude of honor-ship towards the influence (spiritual force, spiritual existence, power, deity, worshiped presence etc) that is BEHIND the energy which is stimulating the person’s tongue 👅 (language) into the status of speaking or vowing…
[She was seduced, and influenced into making a vow, and little did she know that the VOW she agreed to was an honor, an agreement that bound her SOUL to the small gods that those people who enticed her promoted and worshiped]…

Vows made can create a soul tie, or soul attachment between the person who makes the vow, and the deity to whom the vow must bring honor…
Ephesians 5:16

Psalm 37:19
They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, And in the days of famine (inflation, evil roaming around inform of spoken curses) they shall be SATISFIED with good.
Vows are utterances done in a certain Time (location in a time frame, seasonal influenza, or energies of influency that occurs in TIME).
Vows which are spoken and carried out by humans, they are also repeated, inherited, shared, passed down via the 12 segments, locations, or the twelve months that occurs on a calendar…
There are pagan calendars (time tables) that pertains to the transmission of evil, horoscope, bad omens, curses, iniquities, human carnal mindset, and carnal desires etc.
And there is a Hebraic calendar (tree of Life, bringing forth 12 fruits, 12 months every year) that God gave to Adam in the Garden in Eden),
Which God uses to influence, transmit, establish His covenant VOWS, promises, and blessings that He promised our biblical forefathers in TIME.
What is a vow – Is a vow a promise?
A vow is a solemn promise, a pledge, to apply the concept of swearing as one is being made to make a vow that will bind him,
or her to the faithfulness of serving the spiritual environment, energy or prophetic oracle (oral story), and spiritual mandate that requires one’s office, culture, tribe, clan, character, and tradition to fulfill the rites of that vow as a duty done unto a deity, or spiritual presence.
Negative, immoral, and evil VOWS are vows made via;
To swear falsely, to speak a curse, the uttering of F**** words, or to swear in the name of a deity, which is done via the spirit (spoken word) that is influenced by selfishness, greed, the flirting spirit of foolishness, revenge, lust,
the desire to manipulate someone so that he or she may fulfill the love of money, sexual immorality, homosexuality, perversion etc.
He/she showed his commitment, faithfulness, and devotion towards the word that he vowed:
marriage vows; There is a vow of secrecy, vows made through fear, idle talking, RASH utterance, or an emotional utterance spoken with a lack of rational analysis…

What is a rash utterance?
ˈrash utterance is marked by or coming from being too hasty in speech, or action or rushing in making decisions.
To speak out a vow way too quickly without allowing one’s rational ability (Godly order, Godly wisdom, and morality) to intervene before she speaks a rash promise.
A solemn promise made to a deity, God, or saint committing oneself to an act, service, office, spiritual influenza (influence), or condition.
A solemn or earnest declaration.
When Adam was put in the garden in Eden, he made a vow to God,
which ensured God that he would play his role as a father who would pass down that vow to his children via the art of incarnating, the UTTERING of words through language, and teaching moral responsibility, culture, obligations, and duty to his sons.
Cain’s birth who Murdered Abel:
Genesis 4:1:
Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore CAIN, and she said (made a vow by saying) “I have acquired a MAN (my own man) from the Lord.”
After Cain had killed Abel, Adam prayed for another son called Seth.
When Adam begot Seth; here is what he said, or here is what he made as a vow unto to God,
Genesis 4:25
And Adam knew his wife again, and she bore a son and [he] named HIM Seth,
“For God has appointed another seed for me instead of Abel, whom Cain killed.”
Genesis 5:1-32
From Seth the vow was passed down to Enosh, from Enosh the vow went to Mahalalel,
from Mahalalel it went to Jared from Jared it went to Enoch, from Enoch the vow went to Methuselah.
From Methuselah, it went to Lamech, and from Lamech, the vow went to Noah, from Noah to Shem, and from Shem, the vow went to Abraham (Isaac and Jacob),
