How is a province conducted or run?

The putting officers (leadership) with the attributes of faithfulness, honesty, intergrity, not coveteous, not lovers of money,

But servants who serve to sustain, and maintain the moral godly structure of their responsibilities in office.

The lifestyle which pertains to the way how the cities (provinces) carries out their customs,

administrations of their cultural activities, (way of doing things, their economical structure etc) on a government level,

 all those activities of a province are given their constituted status by the (principality, prince, principal, or principles) of the kingdom that governs that province or city.

God’s judgement or justice decreed over a province:

If the cultural activities of a province are immoral, evil, ungodly before the God of Israel,

That can bring God’s judgement, wrath and disapproval against that province,

But if a province is maintaining a moral and godly standard of cultural, and social activites,

positive exchange done via business transactions, with out corruption, bribery etc in a province,

that can bring down God’s justification, approval and blessings over that province.
