Phoebe network is a platform that connects together the attributes which fuels unity, collaboration and team work.

A platform where people work together with a visualized aim of uniting our strength, so that we may reach our united uniform of collaboration, competence, trust, intergrity, honesty, and goals that develops and improves our lifestandard in Mbale, and Uganda at large.

The network also works with the art of mobilizing, cultivating, motivating, bringing together  and nurturing links of collaboration among people,

So that the innovation, and community developmental activities in education, culture, tourism, agriculture may occur (connect, share, manifest, be realized relate, barter exchange) via our activities of social interractions and knowledge transfer.

• We nurture, share knowledge and mutual exchange among our partners, so that we may be able to solve complex matters (challenges) that plagues our Uganda which is mixed up with different cultures…

-Phoebe Uganda Network drive passion has its own home (family), Abamasaba culture, land and people at heart.

• That is the reason why we engage in the acts of doing  community work where we structure schools, do agriculture (farming), cultural tourism, community tourism, wild life tourism, sports activities for children (boy child and girl child) etc,

so that we may develop, upgrade, civilise, pass on the inheritance of our positive cultural moral values, innovate and also increase the value of our economical prospect, and employment that pertains to our culture in Abamasaba land.
