Humility – Bonding (the Humility/Devotion side of Bonding) Hod – Yesod in Hebrew.
Unhealthy bonding is when we bond by putting all our focus and energy in the things that we are good at doing,
but healthy bonding is when you are good at doing what you do,
but yet at the same time, you also acknowledge God as the source of your Humility so that you may remember to bond with the people that you are supposed to relate with.
Humility will enable you to be able to bond and appreciate other people’s company,
even though there are obligations in your own life that might hinder you from fellowshipping with others, such humility is only achieved through recognition and acknowledgment of God’s presence in one’s life.
Ask yourself:
When things are going wrong between me and those I am related to, do I seek for God’s intervention and help or do I depend on my own ideas and strength to solve the matter?
Exercise of the day:
Seek for God’s help and strength through prayer, so that you may be able to bond and relate with others.
