Week 2 Gevurah – Discipline and vigor:
Omer counting day 10.
Compassion – Discipline (the compassionate/beauty side of discipline) Tiferet – Gevurah in Hebrew.
When discipline is emphasized in one’s life, it may close up doors of relationship towards those that seek your love and fellowship.
That’s why your discipline must contain the attribute of compassion because compassion is the unconditional love of God,
that teaches us how the disciplined God of order and perfect structure, can still have compassionate love towards humanity that is undisciplined and out of order.
Ask yourself:
Am I so obsessed with my strategies, programs of discipline that I cannot attend to other people’s needs?
Exercise of the day:
Be more compassionate to that person that needs your compassion.
Pray a prayer
