A woman either belongs to her father or her husband, she can not be neutral:

Numbers 30:3:
“Or if a woman makes a vow to the Lord, and binds herself by some agreement while in her father’s house in her youth,
Numbers 30:4:
and her father hears her vow and the agreement by which she has bound herself,
and her father holds his peace, then all her vows shall stand,
and every agreement with which she has bound herself shall stand.
When a woman swears, or says;
I love you, makes a promise or she emotionally utters out spoken words of
admirations, adoration, get passionately excited and utters out her emotions of , love, or hate etc,
Those words declared becomes vows spoken.
And she also enters into agreement with that uttered vow or words of admiration,
and adoration that she has spoken out emotionally.
Numbers 30:5:
But if her father overrules her on the day that he hears,
then none of her vows nor her agreements by which she has bound herself shall stand;
and the Lord will release her, because her father overruled her.
Then the father who cares for her has the responsibility of canceling those vows which could bind her soul into agreements that can ensnare her.
A Woman in marriage, when she makes vows:
Numbers 30:6:
“If indeed she takes a husband, while bound by her vows or by a rash utterance from her lips by which she bound herself,
Numbers 30:7:
and her husband hears it, and makes no response to her on the day that he hears,
then her vows shall stand, and her agreements by which she bound herself shall stand.
On a psychological level:
Because women are emotionally sensitive and highly active via their ovary,
this has made them to easily become entangled or ensnared by the words of their mouth.
Every thing you say emotionally can be used against you in the court of law:
There is a spiritual and emotional urge (strong desire,
emotional obligation) which makes women to feel like they are obligated and must be faithful to what they feel,
Speak out according to their emotions,
Engaging into the activities that excites their status of admiration, adoration, intuition, sensual feelings etc…
That is why God had to give them a male figure as a head (spiritual covering, one who plays the role of knowing God’s law on their behalf),
The male figure that helps them to escape their snares of their own weaker side.
1 Corinthians 11:3:
But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man,
and the head of Christ is God.
1 Corinthians 11:7:
For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God;
but woman is the glory of man.
On psychological level:
The women’s vows can become sexual dreams of spiritual husbands, souls ties, emotional distress, trauma, fear of uncertainty, night mares etc.
To be able to cancel and erase these psychological distress in a woman’s emotional status,
she must belong or totally be sold out to the spiritual intimacy of God’s truth in her life via a male figure (law of God) …
Genesis 2:24 – Adam (male gender)
says;
This is now bone of my bones, and flesh (emotions) of my flesh,
I shall call her woman.
Quote: – I shall call her woman,
What does it mean?
It means that;-
She will be a living being with a womb which incubates what the law of God (male vision, revelation, prophetic insight, word – seed) imparts into her.
