Menorah light – light of the world – 7 branches

The 7 branch menorah with its light in the Holy place of the Tabernacle,

Represents the spiritual influence of an obedient servant of God in the form of light.

Leviticus 24:1-4:

24 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

2 “Command the children of Israel that they bring to you pure oil of pressed olives for the light,

to make the lamps burn continually.

3 Outside the veil of the Testimony, in the tabernacle of meeting,

Aaron shall be in charge of it from evening until morning before the Lord continually;

it shall be a statute forever in your generations.

4 He shall be in charge of the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the Lord continually.

Matthew 5:14:

“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.

Philippians 2:15:

that you may become blameless and harmless,

children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation,

among whom you shine as lights in the world,

The seven branches represents the 7 continents, the 7 attributes that are are in the earth, and the 7 heavens in the universe.
