Time management that leads to positive response – mechanism:

Pick out the weed that is chocking, sucking your positive energies,
being the vampire against your progress,
and robing your time from being able to achieve your positive goals.
Every time you give time to something,
You also take away time, or sacrifice something,
for the sake of giving time to that activity, you are about to engage your energy into.
For example;
if I choose to talk to someone for 1 hour on the phone,
Then that (one hour, energy) is taken from the responsibility that I was supposed to fulfill in that one hour,
And its then invested into that one hour.
Ask yourself;
Before you engage (give energy) into doing activities like;
spending time giving myself to self ambitious people,
going on Social media platforms (face book, what’s up, twitter, etc),
what effect does it do to me?
Am I progressing positively, or am I bringing in negative energies into my life that are aborting and hindering my progress?
Evaluate your actions:

How does it improve my life?
(what value does it add) to my life in the area of being more responsive toward my responsibilities?
Your responsibilities are the things you really need to do to progress in life,
When you fail to respond to your responsibility,
that is what can cause stress, negative reactions of disappointment, distress, a sense of failure etc…
Imagine this;
You happen to be doing something and you forget to pick up your young child who can’t bring themselves back home from School,
and all over sudden the school calls you up and tells that;
your child has been waiting for hours for you outside the school, and they can not find him,
Did you pick him up?
The psychological feeling that will affect you at that moment,
is the reminder that will remind you about the failure of being responsive, at the time when you had to respond.
Investigate and analyze:
Analyze and investigate the intentions or agenda of your activities,
Is the agenda motivated by selfish ambitions?,
Is the agenda coming from the status of entertaining my desires,
and cravings coming from my negative habits? ,
Ask yourself; the things you do, do they come from the positive part of you,
or the negative habit of yourself?

Or does it help me to improve, convert, and change my negative habits, into positive ones?
Get wisdom & apply understanding:
Ask yourself;
When you make your decisions, do you take time to rationalise, consult wise counsel,
get positive advice concerning the matter? ,
Or are your decisions you make depending upon quick reactions,
and impulses of false judgement, prejudice, gestures of racism, jealousy, envy,
desire to compete, or are they contemplated negative thoughts coming from your gossip friends,
hate speech, bad news from mass &, social media,
suspicions of those that always have something negative to say concerning those they disagree with?
Let me remind you that;
Your actions (the way you behave) and the decisions you make,
Are the reflection of the things you spend most of your time acting upon,
or it could be those things that you spend time putting into your mindset.
