I went through a hard struggle through my life experience, and I decided to help those in need.

I really believe that God has called me and my team to restore hope among the hopeless community members.
Ultimate goal:
To have at-least 70% of the community members empowered, spiritually, psychologically, physically, economically, mentally, morally etc…

Vision:
We want to expand and spread the positive message through our music to the global society (world).
Through our vision we are going to spread our message via the different talents that we posses – Fashion, talk shows, work-shops, beauty, motivation speaking, and charity.
Mission – How to execute the vision
We are going to collaborate with different organizations, so that we may reach the goals of our vision.
We shall pitch to different companies (business sector, small business owners) to establish the channels of cooperative social responsibility between Twin Doves and those companies.
We shall work with schools through our designed packages of workshops.
We shall work with media (TV, Radio, News papers, bloggers, celebrities, magazines, publishers, etc) to spread our message.
Management:-
We shall set up a management team that enables the work to go smoothly.
Management in brand designing, goal setting, consultancy, communication, public relationship, networking, music publishment, production etc…
Activities that will enable us to effectively implement our management plan:
To manage someone, so that he may function as he was designed spiritually and physically
*Goal setting (writing down what we want to do or achieve -weekly, monthly, yearly etc),
Short term and long term goals are also defined in this area.
* Consultancy (getting advice from New Level, ask questions, willing to learn from your positive role models, etc, because as one is showing the attitude of willing to learn from those that are more experienced, that also helps him or her to be successful in what he does)
• Social interact with your potential clients – Practicing the art of doing, serving, acting and helping out, so that you may actualize your ability of team work, network, connecting with people that have the same interests, and measuring how faithful you are at fulfilling the words which comes out of your mouth
• Creating groups – Find the right partners – (where we exchange ideas, talk about our needs, brain storm, communicate, discuss the plans for our future events, networking, talk about how we can pitch our services to potential clients, write down a list of those we think are interested in our services, discuss about how we can improve our services to be able to reach out for a bigger audience or clients, give position of responsibility to those who are members in our group, etc)
• Designing the model of your business, dividing it up in departments, structuring of it’s financial plan, structuring of it’s sustainable structure etc, all this is done via management.
