He claims that the Africans can’t govern themselves. Keep this in mind;
The guy who says that Africa should be recolonized, he is being investigated of being part of several criminal acts that overthrew meaningfull governmentst in Africa.

It’s time for us to put back on our imperial hat and say;
We going to govern those countries, if the Africans are incapable of governing them, themselves, cause enough is enough we are done being invaded…
You can say that for almost the entire Africa, they incapable of governing themselves and benefiting their citizines…
Because the governments there are all about looting, corruption, filling their pockets, stealing and going shopping in Paris..
