Culture of safety is the shared values, attitudes, and behaviors of an organization that prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
It’s a commitment to creating an environment where the well-being of every individual is paramount.
The culture of safety looks into the things (risk zones, lack of knowledge, ignorance, rebellious attitudes, misfortunes, negative habits, sinful behaviors etc),
which could go wrong (become accidents, criminal activities, loss of souls, life, property etc),
And via community leadership (parents, educational system, church leaders, community leadership, public services, Media, Police, security department etc),
they all decide to work in unity to solve, design measure of precautions, and also come up with remedies, so that their community may overcome those riskzones.

Its done through sensitization, creating awareness (via media, schools, different organization, festivals, entertainment system, movies, televison, radia waves, internet,
Using an utterance of speech (speaking with one accord, speaking the same language which addresses the risk zones, errors, bad social activities that needs changing,
and also using the same language to expose the solutions that the community needs to implement, so that they may overcome their risk zones.
A positive safety culture reflects a real commitment to safety and can be characterized by:
TRUST: Fostering positive relationships through honesty, openness, consistency, respect, and vulnerability
LEARNING: Collecting, analyzing, and learning from data of collected statistics, reporting safety and quality issues, and learning from mistakes
FAIRNESS: Treating people fairly, including staff and patients
CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT: Continuously learning and improving safety risks
SUPPORTIVE TEAMWORK: Creating a psychologically, and physiological safe environment for supportive teamwork
EMPOWERMENT: Enabling and empowering everyone to speak up
