Government of Righteousness:
Isaiah 32:1
See, a king (Leader, Ruler, governor) will reign in righteousness and rulers will rule with justice
Genesis 1:26-28:
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may RULE over the fish in the sea,
and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be Fruitful [bear Fruit liken unto a Tree] and increase in number; Fill mother Earth [with Fruit] and SUBDUE it;
Have Dominion [have governance, run a government] over the [Nephilim] of the fish in the sea [Water],
and the [Nephilim] of the birds in the sky [AIR] and over every [Nephilim] living creature that moves on the ground [Land, mother Earth, Eretz].”

Proverbs 29:26
Many seek an audience with a ruler, but it is from the Lord that one gets justice.
2 Thessalonians 2:10
and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing.
They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
The righteous shall rule the world, and the wicked shall always be subject, some will perish, expire, and will also serve the plans and voice of the righteous people…
2 Chronicles 9:8
Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on his throne as king to rule for the Lord your God.
Because of the love of your God for Israel and his desire to uphold them forever, he has made you king over them, to maintain justice and righteousness.”
2 Samuel 23:3-4:
3 The God of Israel spoke, the Rock of Israel said to me:
‘When one rules over people in righteousness, when he rules in the fear of God,
4 he is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings grass from the earth.’
Proverbs 11:10
When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.
Psalm 37:28
For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones.
Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.
Proverbs 28:28
When the wicked rise to power, people go into hiding; but when the wicked perish, the righteous thrive (grow vigorously, flourish, gain in wealth or possessions, being in position to prosper, excel etc).
Psalm 1:1-4:
1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams [rivers] of water, which yields its fruit in season [according to God’s calendar],
and whose leaf [healing remedies and healing energies] does not wither— whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.
