International Monetary Fund (IMF), United Nations (UN) specialized agency, founded at the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944 to secure international monetary cooperation,
to stabilize currency exchange rates, and to expand international liquidity (access to hard currencies).

It does so by supporting economic policies that promote financial stability and monetary cooperation, which are essential to increase productivity, job creation, and economic well-being.

What does the IMF do?
The IMF monitors the international monetary system and global economic developments to identify risks and recommend policies for growth and financial stability.
The Fund also undertakes a regular health check of the economic and financial policies of its 190 member countries

What is the role of the IMF in developing countries?
The IMF provides broad support to low-income countries through policy advice, capacity-building activities etc,
which enables IMF to have a hand in the economics and business structring taking place in the low income countries..
IMF in Africa:
This also involves giving education to the third world countries, which contains the New International Economics formula that is designed to keep Africa as a raw material producing continent,
but at the same time hindering the Africans from becoming an industrialised region that benefits the cultural and Godly developments of its own people.
Together with the Doha around improved strategies, Africa must continue to produce human and material resources for the development, and benefit that enhances the interests of the western culture, and its future plans.
IMF Future plans for Africa:
Africa as a region must be kept abase, its raw materials, minerals, land and even human resources must be limited to the contribution of glorifying the western mission that the western Globalists are trying to implement.
The IMF is governed by and accountable to its member countries.
The IMF has three critical missions:
– Furthering international monetary cooperation,
– Encouraging the expansion of trade and economic growth, and discouraging policies that would harm prosperity.
– To fulfill these missions, IMF member countries work collaboratively with each other and with other international bodies.
