The headquarters of The Council of Ngabo (God’s Court House);

The headquarters of The Council of Ngabo (God’s Courthouse) are located in Entebbe City (Lunyo in Wakiso district),

which belongs to Buganda Region (Kingdom of Buganda).

When Apostle Ngabo goes from Entebbe to Mbale (in Bugisu region),

or goes from Entebbe to Kamuri which belongs to Busoga for example;

That ministrial work which moves him from the region of Buganda into the region in Bugisu or Busoga.

On the level of the spiritual mandate of constituting letters, or (moral laws),

which pertains to the work and calling of the ministry of the Council of Ngabo (God’s Courthouse) does,

Every region that is outside of Buganda becomes a province and is treated as a province, so to say.
