To provoke means;
. tending or serving to provoke; inciting, stimulating, irritating, or vexing.
To communicate via one’s negative emotional expressions of (suspicion, being sarcastic, inflammatory,
envious, luck of trust, luck of respect, being in an emotional status that causes irritation, feelings that generates violence etc),
which is generally considered as a negative way of treating and handling relationships.
Why? “Provocative” means “meant to provoke” (usually a response).
In common usage, it might be meant to provoke an emotional response, or a physical response:
annoying, irritating, exasperating, infuriating, provoking, maddening, goading,
vexing, galling, affronting, insulting, offensive, inflaming, rousing, arousing,
agitational, inflammatory (especially of speech or writing arousing or intended to arouse angry or violent feelings),
, incendiary, controversial, aggravating, in-your-face, instigative, agitative
intended or intending to arouse sexual desire or interest which derives from a provocative way of expressing one’s hidden intentions.

Sexy, sexually provocative, dressing in a sexual provocative way that arouses the spirit of foolishness,
which provokes people (opposite sex) into a flirting and sexual game that can put at risk one’s marriage,
and also distruct the intergrity of one’s time table that governs the progress of economics.
Provocative means:
To stimulate sexual interests that has the ability to divert one’s mindset, and energy of work (commitment, devotion,
marriage) from its direction of truth (economical progress, spiritual purpose, intergrity, God’s status of marriage and destiny).
To say and express annoying statements, reaction of emotions, words of insult, to behave inappropriate or in a sarcastic way.
To arrogantly and proudly express one’s opinion about something or someone,
without caring about how the person will feel, using one’s authority (office & status) to undermine, speak without respect,
and doing things without looking into the bigger picture that psychologically governs one’s community, universal structure, culture or eco system.
What is provocative behavior?
adjective. If you describe something as provocative,
you mean that it is intended to make people react angrily or argue against it (to cause strife).
To contain an emotional (attitude) which sticks out its head now and then to irritate, annoy and make people vex.
