Inflammatory means;
To be in a chemical reactive state, which can cause emotional reactions of provocative traits,
and mutation that can generate into the type chemical reactive diseases, resentment, lack of tolerance, emotional stress, mood swings, hormonal imbalance etc.

Made up of chemicals (toxic) that can easily cause negative reactions, feelings of violence,
to be in a negative chemical reactive status, to easily catch fire, inflammatory, inflammation etc …
A chemical reactive status that is friendly or can lead to mutation, inflammation, provocative reactions etc.
That which is high in chemicals (toxic) that derive from bad dietary, eating junk food,
consuming of sugar, white Salt, eating unhealthy cooking oils, chips fried in unhealthy oil, consumption of pharmaceutical drugs which are inflammatory products etc.
What foods cause inflammation?
Red meat and processed meats, including bacon, hot dogs, lunch meats and cured meats.
Refined grains, including white bread, white rice, pasta and breakfast cereals.
Snack foods, including chips, cookies, crackers and pastries. Sodas (sugary products) and other sweetened drinks.
Fried foods fried in cheap cooking oil or inflammatory cooking oil.
What prevents inflammation?
To reduce levels of inflammation, aim for an overall healthy diet.

consider the Mediterranean diet, which is high in fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish, and healthy olive oils.
