Answer;

When the righteouss (God’s) people reach the level taking over the riches of the wicked,

It’s because they do follow, obey, and do fulfill God’s commandments, seasons and times on God’s calendar.

When a person is fully in agreement with God’s will,

he becomes a judgement (and sometime the wrath, and justice of God) against those who have illegally taken things through robbery,

corruption, bribery, stolen, coveted, destroyed other people’s lives to gain the riches and wealth that they possess.

They evil people will have to give up their riches, surender it all, loose what they have gained;

What they think they have stored up, its all stored up for those that that are in a deeper relationship with God.

Proverbs 6:31:

31 Yet when a thief is found, he must restore sevenfold;

He may have to give up all the substance of his house.

Proverbs 13:22

22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children,

But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.
