What is the purpose of estrogen in the female ovary?
Estrogen, or oestrogen, is the primary female sex hormone.
It is responsible for the development and regulation of the female reproductive system and secondary sex characteristics.
How women behave sexually, their selection of sexual partners, what attracts them sexually,
their sexual passions, etc, all those behaviors have their source and they are initiated from estrogen.
There are three major endogenous estrogens in females that have estrogenic hormonal activity:
1: estrone, 2: estradiol, and 3: estriol.
Estrogens are a group of hormones that are important for female sexual and reproductive development.
They also play the role of shaping the female’s body shape, like hips, curves, breasts, etc…
Estrogens are a group of sex hormones that travel through the bloodstream and deliver messages throughout the female body.
What a woman hears,
what she sees, experiences via her sensual senses, and what she is able to trust,
which is connected to her previous memories,
or previous experiences in the hippocampus, all these messages are activated and initiated by the estrogen hormones.
