Deuteronomy 16:18 [ Justice Must Be Administered ]

“You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which the Lord your God gives you, according to your tribes,

and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

Leviticus 19:15 (NKJV)

¹⁵‘You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty.

In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.

Good, faithful, righteous & just leadership of the fathers, enables the people to inherite their promises from the God of Israel:

Deuteronomy 6:18-19 (NKJV)

¹⁸And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which the Lord swore to your FATHERS,

¹⁹to cast out all your enemies from before you, as the Lord has spoken.

Deuteronomy 25:1

“If there is a dispute between men, and they come to court, that the judges may judge them, and they justify the righteous and condemn the wicked,

Exodus 18:21 (NKJV)

²¹Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness;

and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

Isaiah 11:3-4

And his delight shall be in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,

neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

but with righteousness he shall he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity (fairness, justice) for the MEEK (humble) of the earth…

Sight of his eyes – being the emotional influence affecting one’s judgement through what one sees.

Hearing of his ears – being the words of gossip, propaganda, offence, unforgiveness,

incorrect or false information, lies, deception, affecting one’s judgement.

Exodus 23:8 (NKJV)

⁸And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the discerning and perverts or twists the words of the righteous.

1 Timothy 6:10 (NKJV)

¹⁰For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil,

for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

1 Corinthians 6:1-5 (NKJV)

Do Not Sue the Brethren in the courts of the heathen:

6 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

²Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

³Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

⁴If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life,

do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge?

Dealing with a Sinning Brother

¹⁵“Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone.

If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

¹⁶But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

¹⁷And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.

Qualifications of Overseers

3 This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work.

²A bishop (overseer or a leader over others), then must be blameless, the husband of one wife,

temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach;

³not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous;

⁴one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence.

⁵(for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);

⁶not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil.

Deuteronomy 1:17

You shall not show partiality in judgment; you shall hear the small as well as the great;

you shall not be afraid in any man’s presence, for the judgment is God’s.

The case that is too hard for you, bring to me, and I will hear it.’

See to it that your judges or elected leaders are manifesting the fruit of the spirit:

Galatians 5:22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Ephesians 5:9

(for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),

There is a voice (extreme feminism type of emotional attitude) in a woman’s voice that needs the leadership of a male gender (father’s role) as an authority of correction, instruction, Godly order and rebuke:

Genesis 3:17 …

Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying,

‘You shall not eat of it’: “Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life.

Isaiah 3:12

As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women RULE over them. O My people!

Those who LEAD you cause you to err [go astray, make mistakes, to fall short from fulfilling your leadership role, and Godly responsibilities], And destroy the way of your paths.”

In 1 Timonthy 2:12-13 that extreme feminism that tries to hinder the man from laying Godly order in his own home was addressed and rebuked:
