Distress or (dih-STRES) is Emotional, social, spiritual, or physical pain or suffering that may cause a person to feel sad, afraid, depressed, anxious, or lonely.

There is a saying that says;

Being a way from God’s presence, or not having a relationship with God causes DISTRESS…

People in distress may also feel that they are not able to manage, or cope with changes caused by normal life activities, seasonal transitions, or by having a disease, loss of things, loss of one’s job, divorce, misfortunes that overtakes one’s life by surprise, sicknesses such as cancer.

We are in the 8TH MONTH called “CHESHVAN” on God’s calendar: Started on 2nd November & Ends on 1st DECEMBER 2024

On a psychological level:

Psychological distress (PD) is broadly defined as a state of emotional suffering, worrying alot, characterized by symptoms of depression, lack of having faith in God (e.g., loss of interest; unhappiness; desperateness, hearing of many voices, nightmare, having dreams of conspiracy) and anxiety (e.g., restlessness; feeling tense).

extreme anxiety, sorrow, or pain.

What causes distress?

Distress is an emotional or mental status caused by environmental energies,

aided by one’s weakenesses, loss, pain, suffering, sins, bad luck, riskzones, debts that are not healed, or those sins that have not gained their spiritual atonement from God’s mercy and forgiveness…

It is the psychological status that stimulates the negative thoughts, thoughts of torment, terror, fear of pending danger, evil dreams, hopelessness, defeat in one’s mindset, causing one’s brain to be able to hear many voices that leads to distress.

Concerning women;

Making women into the attitude of becoming hormonal imbalance (extremely emotional), vibrating on a negative frequency that is distractive, extreme feminism which corrupts the female behvaiors….

Distress can generate, and cause negative hormonal vibrations in the female’s ovaries…

The energies of distress travel back and forth via the AIR, radiating frequeincies that humans share among each other via socialising, sharing of information, sound waves, sexual activities, and via the usage of media that communicates into one’s emotional state of arrogance, lust, selfishness, unforgiveness, bad habits, revenge etc…

1 Samuel 15:23

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.”

These energies, or demonic forces of distress can influence their victims via the social activities of rebellion, and stubbornness against God’s will…

Rebellion and stubbornness against God’s commandments lead to distress and reactions of paranoia:

A Distressing Spirit Troubles Saul

1 Samuel 16:14

But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a distressing spirit from the Lord troubled him.

1 Samuel 16:15

And Saul’s servants said to him, “Surely, a distressing spirit from God is troubling you.

Using positive sound waves to cause a positive mental state:

SOLUTION A:

People in such conditions may need positive music, positive (Godly) media, Art, images, audio, wise counseling, voices (advice) coming from one’s spiritual mentorship (Godly spiritual covering),

and listening to positive sound waves that can be of help towards the mental illness, or hormonal imbalance that the person is confronting…

1 Samuel 16:23

And so it was, whenever the spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play it with his hand.

Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him…

SOLUTION B:

Another solution that enables people to overcome their distress, is via the culture of cultivating environments (communities, families, households, homes, marriages, and social activities) that enhances, and promotes the Godly moral values of intergrity, forgiveness, prayer, kindness, sound waves of positive frequincies, acts of mutual exchange, reconciliation, MERCY, righteousness, holiness, justice (moral courts of law), Godly parenthood, Godly ministers,

and educational systems (academic fields) that sustains, teaches, educates, and provides practical activities which upholds and promotes such attributes (cultural traits) as they written in this solution…

Deuteronomy 4:30-31:

30 When you are in DISTRESS (extreme anxiety, sorrow, inflation, loss, emotional disorder, mental distress or pain),

and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice,

 31 (for the Lord your God is a MERCIFUL God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.
