OUR OBJECTIVES;
Formulatng God’s truth into the inner structure, and Foundation of our projects…
If we are pursuing for progress via team work, these are the terms of use we should consider…
* We are uniting (working together) for the sake of developing our community (pearl of Africa, Uganda),
while combating, getting rid of, and rendering useless every thing that may hinder our unity from achieving its positive goals…
* We should avoid corruption in all its forms of manipulation
* Putting at use the responsibility and accountability demanded from our team work, alongside the acknowledgement of our member’s gender (female or male) in their unique contribution
* To achieve the best results via our team work, we must be ready to utilize our attributes of respect, commitment, faithfulness, kindness, patriotism, love, correcting of mistakes, reconciliation, forgiveness etc,
that aims at the target of wanting to see our team members becoming the best image (service) of themselves.
* We are striving to build Godly morals, starting from their foundation of family settings, empowering of families ethics, so that they may play their role in the culture of community development.
* The negative traits of entertaining of the spirit of foolishness, the favoritizing of a partner in marriage, and disregarding, (or disrespecting) of the other, covetousness, sexual harassments are not permitted.
* The social interactions between opposite sex (female and male) which influences them to be at their worsed performance, affecting the team negatively, is not permitted
* The referrals done, with the aim of bribing and enslaving each other, while extracting money (okukola enjawulo), pushing selfish desires into a position of leadership is not permitted
* Descrimination, prejudice, envy, jealousy, grudges, gossiping to slander one’s character etc, such negative traits are not permitted.
* The Usage of our discussed concepts must stay in within the parameters of developing of our collective (unity, MMA), and our projects of community developments.
let’s avoid using them for individual purposes and self interests of selfish gain
* We are working as a team to change a formular of corruption, and dishonest manners (deceptive scales) that are plaguing our system of social exchange,
that is the reason why intergrity, honesty (honesty scales), time keeping, customer service is very much required in one’s character.
The violating of these terms of use (regulations) will lead to excommunication from our community, and if an offense or criminal violation have been committed against another, that will be dealt with accordingly

We are aiming at making our team work (network) into the status of enhancing the positive moral values of SOCIAL ECONOMICS, and Ethical conduct that upholds the standard of;
* Mutual exchange,
* Innovation,
* Public service,
* Patriotism,
* Public relations,
doing business transactions (via the usage of pathways of trade, infrastructure of communication, airwaves), and putting in practice the philanthropic attributes that promotes the cultural methods of a Godly type of SOCIAL ENTERPRISE…
