I like to do what I do because i like to express myself through music, art, dancing, and drama etc…

Motive:

I want people to enjoy what I do, because i believe when people enjoy what I do, they will consume my art.

Agenda:

My agenda is to express God through my art and music, that is why; when am about to sing or compose my music, I always say a prayer (pray for God’s guidance).

Ultimate goal:

To be known throughout the world, and to also live a legancy… My target is beat Madox, to be a positive role model through my music.

My vision is to use my music to inspire our society and also build a school that will educate the students in the area of Music, dance and drama.

Mission – How to execute the vision

Using my music to attract others for the sake of joining our strength, so that as a team we can move toward my vision.

To the elderly, so that we can tap into the positive energy which brings success in our project.

To train and teach the members in our organization, so that they can sing on keys and maintain the right melody

To teach and develop the talents of music, dance and drama, so that they transform into skills.

Management:-

We shall set up a management team that enables the work to go smoothly.

Management in brand designing, goal setting, consultancy, communication, public relationship, networking, music publishment, production etc…

Activities that will enable us to effectively implement our management plan:

 

To manage someone, so that he may function as he was designed spiritually and physically

 

*Goal setting (writing down what we want to do or achieve -weekly, monthly, yearly etc),

Short term and long term goals are also defined in this area.

 

* Consultancy (getting advice from New Level, ask questions, willing to learn from your positive role models, etc, because as one is showing the attitude of willing to learn from those that are more experienced, that also helps him or her to be successful in what he does)
