Joseph [the Wise counsel to Pharoah] is elected as a wise governor to help Africa (Egypt) to overcome the famine (status of psychological malfuction) that was to take a period of Seven years:

Genesis 41:33-37

33 “Now therefore, let Pharaoh select a discerning and wise man, and set him [as a governor] over the land of Egypt.

34 Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers [honesty, trust worthy, faithful offices of leaders],

set them over the land, to collect one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years.

35 And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

36 Then that food shall be as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which shall be in the land of Egypt, that the land may not perish during the famine.”

We are in the 8TH MONTH called “CHESHVAN” on God’s calendar: Started on 2nd November & Ends on 1st DECEMBER 2024

Exodus 18:17-23:

17 So Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “The thing that you do is not good.

18 Both you and these people who are with you will surely wear yourselves out

[There are churches that shout loud about God, Christian who go around evangelising, and claiming to know God,

but all their activities that they do are empty games, void of God’s truth, which are WEARING them down]

Exodus 18:19

For this thing is too much for you; you are not able to perform it by yourself.

19 Listen now to my voice;

I will give you counsel, and God will be with you: Stand before God for the people, so that you may bring the difficulties to God.

School & academy of Torah (teaching biblical moral values, home making principles and God’s levitical order):

Exodus 18:20:

20 And you shall teach them the statutes and the laws, and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do.

Elect honesty, faithful, trustworth & bold leaders:

Exodus 8:21

21 Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness;

and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

Elect, and put in force courts of law that defends the righteous and gives justice to the people:

Exodus 8:22

22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge.

So it will be easier for you, for they will bear the burden with you.

23 If you do this thing, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people will also go to their place in peace.”

Do Not Sue the Brethren

1 Corinthians 6:1-4

6 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

4 If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge?

Godly- Righteous leadership and Responsible Male leaders are put into their spiritual order, and earthly governance:

Isaiah 11:3-5

3 His delight is in the fear of the Lord,
And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;

4 But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth;

He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.

5 Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.
