The negative emotion of envy and jealousy has aborted a lot of good things (projects, businesses, family unity, misused government funds etc) in Uganda…

Envy, and Jealousy in opposition against Team-Work:

Team work (working as a united toroidal) to achieve collective goals can become a big threat to many in Uganda,

because some people who are so insecure of themselves (some have been nurtured by the energy of individualism), that they will rather use jealousy, and envy in response,

(which has eventually become the practicing of witchcraft, gossip, the opposition that opposses good, the competitive and argumentative attitude, reactions of political debate) that are practiced against those that a person dislikes, or those that he/she is envious towards…

And what has made the situation even worse is that;

such criminal traits have been rewarded, very good at hassling, and pushing their marketing skills of promotion in the business sector,

they are often hired as blockers in the political arena, the corruption that has bribed (empowered) such victims has became rampant in the country etc,

To the extent that;

this negative trait of envy and jealousy has been fed, entertained and cultured into the status of becoming a big giant…

As the country of Uganda is trying to work towards the developments of making the country better, most of the business sectors and offices of public services,

have been hijacked by envious people who have become blockers against the country’s progress…

What is the solution?

The struggle and hard work that will enable us as a country to transform this delima into a positive form of lifestyle,

the secret lies in within the art of sensitizing, designing TV, social media, radio programs,

and upholding educational cultural programs that focuses on mindset Changing, and the Cultivation of good moral ethical conduct done via schools (academic curriculums, community, and social activities etc).
