How can I avoid limiting my company’s abilities, when it’s registered as a limited company by guarantee already? (T C.Ngabo, God’s Court house)

How do I take off the limitation string attachments off my company?
Yes in fact that limited status was put on us by our colonial masters…
They wanted us to do business on a limited abilities as black people,
While they themselves handle the unlimited (shareholding) status of the company’s capacity…..
Limited company = employed to be a slave, a hired individual, a vendor.
We are in the 8TH MONTH called “CHESHVAN” on God’s calendar: Started on 2nd November & Ends on 1st DECEMBER 2024
But not the creative brain or producer behind what one is selling.
But there is a way to get around that;
You can break the limitations via the objectives of the company…
If the company derives its status from the community orientation of serving the objectives of the community,,,
So to say;
If you have a CBO (community based organization) or an NGO,
From the structure and the objectives of wanting to create employment,
business sector that solves the crisis of its community,
Becoming a solution in within your community, which can turn the people in the CBO into entrepreneurs, business owners, academy that equips, gives knowledge, generating innovators etc,
Then you can take those objectives developed from the CBO, and then turn them into a social enterprise that creates business opportunities for your community…
Then all oversudden the limited status by guarantee which is embed on the limited status of the company looses its hold and significance…

A business can only be limited when the colonial white man’s limitations that cultivated the mindset of the person who is opening up the company, is limited…
The company is the manifested service or product, way of exchange of putting out what the person is selling as a product..
But the NGO or CBO is the foundation that contains the assets of human resources, objectives memorandum of understanding that makes up the energy, creativity,
human brains 🧠 that sits together to come up with the services and products which the company sells out to its clients.
People open up companies to make money, yet money is not an asset, its just a monetary of exchange,
its Not even riches, its just a monetary of exchange…
There are four types of assets, and when you have them then you are a wealthy person….
1: human resources
2: Land
3: Animals
4: Air (frequency, radiation, environmental energies)…
And those; can go up in value depending on the administration,
intergrity, honesty, excellence, memorandum of understanding, and faithful character of those that run the organization or CBO structure of that institute….
And on the platform of the company, that formula (mindset of such an organised system) can not be limited, its way of making money is unlimited….
Even if the registered company is with a limited status,
its ability , capacity and excellence will break (render useless) the limited status of that registered company….
