The word Utterance means to speak, to hold a speech, to formulate words into the order of their right spoken formula.

A spoken word, statement, or vocal sound.

Utterance is a vocal ability given to someone via parenthood,

education (intellect), culture, or spiritual (God’s) presence that governs a person’s life.

Numbers 24:16

The utterance of him who hears the words of God, And has the knowledge of the Most High,

Who sees the vision of the Almighty, Who falls down, with eyes wide open:

1 Corinthians 1:5

that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge,

Ephesians 6:19

and for me, that utterance (oracle) may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,

John 6:63

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.

The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life

Speech on the child’s level:

Young children can utter words, or speak words, imitating and copying their parents, or surrounding,

being influenced by what they hear, and imitating it by speaking what the heard,

But it doesn’t mean that they full have understanding of what they are uttering or speaking…

Iiken unto a parrot; you can hear it speak out by imitating other people’s speech,

but that parrot has no understanding of what its saying.

The Children’s utterance is trained and developed by speaking words, unto to it, and also attaching those words with images,

objects, practical actions, examples, moral behaviors, so that they may gain understanding.

Speech on the intellectual level:

Via theory in education;

people may study and increase intellectually, enabling their vocabulary of uttering words to be able to speak many vocabularies or words,

but it doesn’t mean that they have undertsnading of what they are saying,

untill they begin to put practical exercise, or training unto the words they are uttering.

Speech on the Spiritual level:

Acts 2:4

And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

When human beings accept the authentic identity of their truth (God), or spiritual purpose in life,

Then their brain will start to tap into, or download spiritual information, enabling the person to speak,

or utter out words which derives from the spiritual realm,

This is what we call prophecy, or to speak (utter words) via the inspiration that is derived from the spiritual presence which is influencing the speaker.

But again;

That doesn’t mean that the speaker understands what he, or she is saying (uttering),

until that speaker is born via the spiritual covering of his, or her spiritual father (apostle) who will now mentor,

direct, instruct, lead, govern, command obedience, cultivate humbleness,

and also play the role of attaching the physical reality, inheritance,

being an example that reciprocates God’s image, blessings, incarnates, or puts the moral identity unto the words the person hears and speaks.

Adam gives birth to the woman:

Genesis 2:22

After God had finished forming Chavah (Eve) out of Adam’s rib (offering),

The God brought her to Adam;

And then Adam uttered out these words, which were inspired by God through his mouth and he said;

Genesis 2:23

She is the bones of my bones, and the flesh of my flesh, she shall be called her woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”

and that is when the woman became a living soul…
