God said to Noah; build an ark...
Genesis 7:1:
The Great Flood
7 Then the Lord said to Noah, “Come into the ark (Tevah, container),
you and all your household because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation.
The word of God is called “Tevah” in Hebrew.
This Hebrew word “Tevah” also means container, Tabernacle,
or the ark where God preserves His word (revelation) of His covenant.
We are in the 8TH MONTH called “CHESHVAN” on God’s calendar: Started on 2nd November & Ends on 1st DECEMBER 2024
The ark that God commanded Noah to build; represented God’s word,
container, God’s tabernacle, or ark of the covenant that contains those who are obedient to God’s commandments.
After Noah had finished building the Ark (container), then God commanded him to enter into the Ark with his family (household),
and the animals that GOD was going to preserve after the flood Genesis,
The flood that confronted the generation of Noah- being the troubles,
spiritual battles, risk zones, hormonal imbalances,
and evil circumstances that the generation of Noah faced.
These troubles and negative circumstances made Noah’s boat (Tevah) float, and sail to its destiny,
But the same flood and rain which made Noah’s TEVAH to float,
became the troubles that destroyed those who were disobedient to Noah’s mission.
Genesis 7:23:
23 So He destroyed all living things which were on the face of the ground:
both man and cattle, creeping thing and bird of the air.
They were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in the ark stayed alive.
