Aaron was a priest (helper) who played the role of converting and transforming the prophetic words of Moses into practical rituals.
Moses declared God’s word to Israel, while the priest saw to it that the practical rituals of tithing, giving of the firstfruits,
giving of the firstborn that opens the womb, offerings, daily sacrifices, the intercession for Israel in prayer,
and the responsibilities of God’s activities that went into the people’s homes were carried out as they should.
The priest carries the 12 names of Israel as He goes int the holy place to Connect with the God of Israel:
Exodus 28:21
21 There must be twelve jewels on the chest covering—one jewel for each of the names of the sons of Israel.
Carve the name of one of the twelve tribes on each of the stones as you would carve a seal…
Read more about the precious stones that were on the breastplate Exodus 28:15-30.
All the 12 tribes of Israel were represented by the precious stones that were on the priest’s breastplate
Exodus 28:29:
29 “When Aaron enters the Holy Place, he will wear the names of the sons of Israel over his heart,
on the chest covering that helps in making decisions. This will be a continual reminder before the Lord.
Urim & Thummim for decision making:
Exodus 28:30:
30 And put the Urim and Thummim inside the chest covering so that they will be on Aaron’s heart when he goes before the Lord.
They will help in making decisions for the Israelites. So Aaron will always carry them with him when he is before the Lord.
While the priests were holding Moses’s hands up, Israel was winning the battle:
Exodus 17:12:
Later, when Moses’ arms became tired, the men put a large rock under him, and he sat on it.
Then Aaron and Hur held up Moses’ hands—Aaron on one side and Hur on the other.
They kept his hands steady until the sun went down.
Your victory in life lies in the upheld hands of Moses:
Exodus 17:11:
As long as Moses held his hands up, the Israelites would win the fight,
but when Moses put his hands down, the Amalekites (Shafek – the spirit of doubt) would win.
As our behaviors in business, daily activities, plans, work we do in our homes, relationships,
and social activities that uphold’s Moses’s hands being the keeping (Torah – 5 books of Moses, or God’s commandments, obedience to God, love for Israel, and the positive attributes of morality),
that is where our victory, success, prosperity, prospect, and progress in life lies.
There are 3 stages that God’s word pass through before it becomes a physical reality:
The 1st stage is wisdom:
(prophetic revelation, obedience to God’s commandments, prayer, the altar of sacrifice,
when these acts of a Sadiq = putting God first, tithings, prayer, offerings, first fruit, first increase, giving of the 1st born, are fulfilled, that is when God’s wisdom can be activated in one’s life).
The 2nd stage is understanding:
(being intimate with God, abiding under his cloud of covering, and banner of love, so that what God said may make sense)
The 3rd stage is knowledge:
(The priest practicing the ritual of science or mixing things together,
so as to produce a product or service that glorifies God in its physical appearance).
