What is the purpose of Yom Kippur?
Yom Kippur is called the day of Atonement in English.
It is the day that God uses to make us to care more about each other’s needs.
And God also uses this day to remind us that we should not forget that He created us to serve, and love Him with all our heart, soul, body and mind.
That is the reason why we fast the whole day without food and drinking for 26 hours.
It’s the day that gives us the opportunity to reconnect back into God’s will for our lives….
