¹⁰ and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. 

They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries,

Who are the dignitaries the scripture is referring to?

The dignitaries are the angels’ who are authorized to govern a domain, province, district, etc, and dignitaries can also be human rulers or leaders in authority.

What does the scripture mean by Speaking evil of dignitaries?

The wicked use their tongue to speak evil against their own dignitaries, just like the way Sodom and Gomorrah behaved towards their dignitaries (angels), by wanting to rape, insult and use sexual abuse against the angels.

which in return increased their torment, judgment, disapproval, and evil retaliation against their evil deeds.

How does Political democracy motivate the art of speaking evil?

The Western type of democracy is a political agenda that is used by the west (white man’s or Euroepan) culture,

which is utilized to give their citizens the right to voice their extreme opinions of hate, love of money, arrogance, extreme feminism (extrem emotionalism) antisemitism,

Racism, homosexual opinions of lesbianism, transgender, prejudice, revenge, unforgiveness, hate speech against the God of Israel and against certain groups of people.

Giving expressions of rebellion in opposition against the laws of God, wild attitudes, wild parties, drunkness, citizines given the human rights to attain their democratic rights, freedom of speech, and a parliament to exercise their selfish desires etc…

Matthew 25:30

And cast the unprofitable wicked servant into the outer darkness (wilderness of desolation, global warming, climate change, disappointments, troubles, astrology of horoscope etc). There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth….

2 Timothy 3:1-5:

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters,

proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, …

As they speak evil against their dignitaries, this also motivates their tormentors (demons, Satan’s fallen angels, evil forces that controls their region) with the aim to increase their methods of torment,

(worries, global warmings, climate change, human misery, desolation, tribal wars, greed, depression, economic crisis, killing to acquire more wealth, unforgiveness, misfortune, mental and emotional disorder, incidents of sudden death etc, becomes the result etc…

In fact, this type of form of speaking evil is used as a method of tormenting souls (wicked people), who ends up in a bottomless pit (underworld),

given over to judgment (God’s wrath, disapproval, punished) in Tamuz (July/August), and Kislev (November/December).

As the tormented souls are using words of profanity, cursing, F*** word, words expressed via anger, jealousy, unforgiveness and swearing while they are tormented,

this motivates their tormentors to continue to torment them in the underworld (wilderness).

Speaking of evil words against another – is a manifested sign of revenge, being offended, hate, unforgiveness,

bitterness, lack of being covered by God’s cloud, the status of refusing to take in Godly instructions, or being void of God’s holy presence etc.

But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

⁸ Likewise also these false dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.

Who are the authorities or dignitaries that the scripture is referring to here?

The dignitaries or those in authority, are leaders in a human form, and angels set over and given the authority to rule over those that dwell in the earth.

They are different types of dignitaries (leaders), depending on who they are ruling over:

God gives the good and righteous people, good leadership,

but over the wicked and evil doers, God sets up evil leadership to disappoint, mislead, stand in the way and to frustrate the wicked…

Psalm 109:6-7

there are evil, harsh, dictators, masters & satanic angels, and demons that are set over such people who are immoral, and evil in their pursuit for success, wickedness, love of money etc:

Categories of such evil masters:

Colonial masters, presidents, dictators, selfish or self seeking politicians, evil (selfish) land Lords, an immoral woman,

business owners whose behaviors are influenced by negative demonic energies, satanic angels, greed, corruption, love of money etc.

God set’s up God fearing dignitaries Over the righteous:

Over the righteous (those that are doing God’s will and following His laws) there are righteous dignitaries, that are set over those that keep God’s commandments.

In case if a region, state or nation is ruled over by wicked dignitaries, God always finds a way to intervene on behalf of those righteous saints, so that they can find favor (permited to exercise God’s authority) via those dignitaries.
