The conspiracy of evil (the evil schemes) of wickedbess, and the emotional rage, hormonal imbalance, deception, lack of being obedient to God’s Truth, Jealousy, anger etc) in humans,
is being converted into the wrath of God (birth pangs, labour pains, emotional distress, inflation, loss, CRY for help) thats is pushing forth the RIGHTEOUS leadership (God’s governance) into their OFFICE of making their communities into a dwelling place for the God of Israel.

2 Chronicles 7:14
