The very first step that activates the concept of development, enabling the structure of social enterprise, and social economical improvement in a region to take form,
begins by allowing the platform of speaking the truth (authenticity), and sensitization to point out the hazards riskzones, (take precautious measures) which will defend, enable the group to know and to overcome their weakenesses, and also secure the progressive steps of the project…
Using the TRUTH (Godly truth) to address those things (risk zones, negative forces, bad habits, selfish private companies, scales of dishonesty, criminal traits, practices of witchcraft, human sacrifice, immoral behaviors, spirit of foolishness, emotional and hormonal imbalances),
which are holding back, and hindering the economical progress from manifesting.
(Standing for the TRUTH by not allowing bribery, compromise, partiality, and corruption to affect, or stop the truth from being declared).
In within that bold utterence (being true, speaking the truth to each other, and allowing truth to reflect the decisions that the group makes for their region, environment etc);
that’s where solutions (to solve the problems) are also declared, discussed, written down, formulated into a plan, and communicated into the lives of the members of that group.
The second step is to;
bring together (unite as an organized force and movement),
those who are convicted and gravitated towards the authenticity and truth that is declared (spoken about),
obligating and committing themselves into the fulfilment of their written down objectives, goals, and mission,
which are contained in their memorandum of understanding that makes up their collective agreement.
The third step is to;
Create terms (rules and regulations), and conditions which plays the role of becoming the antivirus, protocol (law and order) that protects the group’s decisions from intruders, parasites, viruses, and the negative characteristics (habits) of selfish ego, envy, enemity, sexual immorality etc,
which may try to sabotage (abort) the agenda of the group (organization).
The Fourth Step is to;
Put in place offices and departments (family oriented, working with a patriotic mindset) that will execute (carry out) the responsibilities of TASKS,
and PROJECTS (executed in their formular of intergrity, responsibility, and accountability), so that the bigger picture of the vision may be achieved, pointed to at every step that is taken, and also following the designed PLAN that aims at the attainment of its goals.
The Fifth step is to;
Setup a “protocol” (order of a board of leadership structure, and execution committee board or circles),
and then put emphasis on the attributes of mutual respect, obedience, honesty, morality, faithfulness, time management ( executing of tasks on time), and the honoring of that structure, so that it may be to be acknowledged, respected and upheld.
The sixth step is to;
formulate a conference meeting environment (done weekly or every after 2 weeks),
which enables the attribute of communication (discussions, speaking, sharing, caring about the goals, vision, encouraging, innovating, rewarding, talking about the things which are going on well,
and those things that needs improving etc) to occur among the members of the organization.
The Seventh Step;
Allow your members to have a day that enables them to refuel their spiritual, and family responsibilities,
and also enable the organization to connect into the Godly, and universal structure that governs the spiritual constellations of the 7 days of their week…
